Note for first timer:

• You need to have an extra panty.

So, I went inside and take a look at the services they offer. I went for a Body scrub with massage and Facial scrub.

Steps I encountered:

• I waited for a few minutes as they prepare my room.
• I was then called when it was ready, then I went upstairs to change into a robe (they have given me a disposable panty, but it didn’t fit me so I didn’t wear it).
• I deposit my things in the locker.
• They provided slippers, then followed the person assigned to service me.
• We went into a room with a bed and shower, then I took off my robe. (Yeah, naked – so I guess if you are shy type, this body scrub is not for you)
• Body scrub service starts.
• When it was finished, I showered and put on my robe again.
• We then went into the next area where a Facial scrub service was done.
• When the facial was finished, massage service was done, again took off my robe.
• All services was finished, I wore my robe again.
• I then went to the locker and change to my clothing.

I gave a tip and paid for the service done to me.

I just thought of sharing it, coz being naked in front of a stranger other than my lover or family seems unusual for me.

Doctors advise is not to eat fatty and salty foods. But, I haven’t told my mom about it yet, so I am free to eat whatever I want at home without someone yelling at me

I’ll start my diet perhaps tomorrow or the day after that. Right now, I don’t feel like it.

Happy with my life right now, though I miss someone soooo bad … If you are reading this, you know who you are … MISS YOU!

For my Mom, the best of it all was the parade.

Hannah is the star kid on the train ride.

Now, in a Bus going to Hong Kong Airport.

The Hong Kong Airport is very big, but so beautiful. There is an area for kids to watch toons while waiting for the planes boarding time.

Then we’re back in Iloilo. Hannah had asthma, but she is okay now. She started going to school yesterday.

So our neighbor invited us on this occasion. I just went into their house and eat, while my Mom plans on staying to play “tong its.”

While we were eating, I asked my Mom “Why didn’t you wake me up to bring Hannah to her swimming lesson yesterday?” My Mom replied, “I did wake you up. You answered me that you don’t want to go, so we just cancelled.” I was shocked, because I didn’t remember that. I guess it was one of those times like when you alarmed your clock in the morning then when it alarms, you shut it down then sleep for 5 minutes more or so you think you would, then as you get the habbit of shutting it down, you unconciously shut it down every morning then you will wake up late. I often experience this, that is why I don’t trust alarm clocks or anything that is alike. I let a person wake me up on the time I needed to be awaken, but as obvious, sometimes I just can’t get enough of sleeping. My Mom didn’t force me to wake up and drive them, because she knows that during the weekdays, I rarely get a sleep. I think I don’t sleep during the weekdays, I just nap. Too much napping could make you unconcious of your actions, like what I have done. This might be the reason why we need sleep. The brain does not function well without it.

However, I am scared that maybe one day I would wake up not knowing I have argued with a person while I was asleep. My Mom confirmed that my eyes are wide open and it seemed like I as really awake. Geeez … I’m like a zombie.

She knows I have hemorrhoid and it started during my pregnancy because it is just normal during that period. She wanted mo to have it checked, but I guess my vacant period would be on December 1 which was declared Holiday here in the Philippines.

Another, the back ache, maybe I am not comfortable sleeping on the bed in my Mom’s room. I think, it is really different when you own the bed you sleep. Feels comfy.

I am worried of my health too, but I just don’t have the time to focus on taking care of myself.

Everything was free; the check up and the test.

I slept all the afternoon because I am still not feeling well. I would be going back to the office tomorrow after the lipid profile test.
