Tired but it has been a fruitful day so far

I went to the City together with my Mom and my daughter but I went back home alone.

What happened? You might ask. 

Simple, we arrived late at a voice lesson of my daughter and it was raining, to add up to that, there is no more parking space close to the area. So, I decided to let my Mom and my daughter go to the school and I’ll just pick them up after 30 minutes. I went back after 30 minutes, but my Mom and my daughter is nowhere to be found, this time I have an area to park, so I went to the school. One of the teachers told me that because they were late, they didn’t continue with the class, so they exit early. I didn’t bring my mobile phone (I do this often), so I have no means of contacting my mother of their whereabouts. For me to not waste my precious time, I went to Robinsons mall and looked for them there, but to no luck. I just headed to CDR King to buy 2 new headsets; one for the office and one at home. I then had my lunch at KFC then went home.

About 5 minutes upon my arrival, my Mom and daughter also arrived.

We weren’t that tired, so we are not pissed at each other. We talked peacefully of what had happened and then proceeded to our daily tasks.

I am currently finishing up some things for my beloved client, so far so good. I think I am gonna do this from now on, rather than waste my time watching TV, I’ll watch TV and do some online tasks as much as I could. 

I enjoy working now, good thing I am in the mood for work.

I almost lost my daughter

In the mall while eating, my mom rushed to where my daughter went, but to no luck she couldn’t find her. I already alerted SM City’s admin to check on a missing child. Happily, when I went back at the food court my mom already found my daughter. We almost lost her and we were dead scared.

Lesson learned!

Yes, the long wait is over. After the tiring costume making, the contest is finally over and the best thing of all, WE WON!

You’re Fired!

I have been fired more than I should have been today. Regardless, I will still continue to do my duty.

You may ask who fired me? The boss of all the bosses in my house – my daughter. As you may all know, during day time, I am a professional driver, yaya, financer, etc; in short a full time single Mom.

This morning, my daughter had her voice lesson, so I waited for her at the canteen of her school. Her teacher called me because she said, “Nature’s calling.” I got up and assisted my Hannah (my daughter) to the CR. While in the CR, she doesn’t seem to act like she wants to poo or wee, but she was playing with the water. So, I assumed she just wants to play with the water, so I took her out of the CR to go back to her class again. While going out she shouted, “Mommy, You’re FIRED!” I didn’t know where she heard that one, but mostly its a line from the TV, because like me, she loves watching TV. When she got back to her class, she started acting up and told her teacher (She speaks in english better than I do, so she uses it most of the time.), “I can’t do this anymore. I could not sing and dance!” Since it was nearing her time anyway, we got off early.

After her voice class, we then went to her other school that corrects her bad behavior. While in the car, I corrected her because while me and my Mom were talking, she keeps on disturbing. Upon correcting her, she shouted again, “Mommy, You’re FIRED!”

After her behavioral class, we then went to a mall to buy some things needed at home. At the shopping store, there was an ice cream kiosk that sells Php 5.00 for every scoop, which is quite cheap, so I bought one. Hannah was asking for one as well. I said, “You are not allowed to eat ice cream because the doctor prohibits you. You have ashtma, you are hyperactive and you are now caughing, it’s not good for you.” I was eating my ice cream in front of her, so she got angry again and shouted, “Mommy, You’re FIRED!”

There, I got fired more than I think I should have been, and that’s just the story I could remember, but I heard those words more than that today. As I have mentioned, regardless, I will still do my duty as a full time single Mom. I guess my daughter couldn’t fire me. I am the best she could have. That is why God chooses me to have her. Who could top that decission? No one else

To Hannah, if you read this one day, I know you will laugh so hard. You can’t fire me baby, and I won’t ever quit! I love you and your baby brother. Mommy has never been so proud for having the two of you.

This is what I sacrificed my sleep for. To be with her and her brother. It is all worth it. What’s a sleep if you can’t find happiness in your heart

I used to think I am a bad Momma, but now … I know I am on the right track.

You may be wondering who my daughter is on that video because it is not clear. My daughter is the reason why you could hear the laughter from the audience; the one who’s hair-do went disaster, got angry with the audience and stayed to give an angry face, and the one who told the audience to keep quiet because they were too noisy laughing at her.

My Daughter Won iPod Touch

Last year, I submitted a video to Toblerone because GreenPinoy have some ads about it. I just made the video for fun and a to let the world know how talented my daughter is. Also, GreenPinoy promised that there will be a Toblerone package.

I still haven’t received the package but it’s okay since my daughter is not allowed to eat chocolates anyway. Though she loves it, sweets are not good for her health.

Today, GreenPinoy told me that I won an iPod Touch because the video of my daughter is the People’s choice video.

iPod Touch, I can’t wait to have it.

My Daughter’s Spoiled Attitude

Today I taught my daughter how to write her name, she has not perfected it yet but I believe her H for Hannah is almost perfect, we just need to work on a and n. It was not easy teaching my daughter since she lack discipline, so I also taught her that.

Tomorrow I would be going to my daughters’ school to check on her attitude toward her activities in it and teach her how to behave properly.

A Lunch with My Cousins Family

My cousin Lefsion arrived yesterday from working in the USA as a seaman. His wife invited us to have lunch together at Ocean City. I ate a lot but still I have my diet because I haven’t eaten this evening.

So, after lunch we went to a Mall, at SM City. The kids enjoyed by having the “rides all you can” bracelet.

I then went window shopping with my kids, but before that, my daughter keeps on asking me to buy her a cotton candy and ice cream. I didn’t buy her those because our Pediatrician wants her to go on diet; no sweets, pork and chicken for her. I went into a dress shop looking for something that would fit me, then I noticed that my bag was opened. I took a clothing and went to the cashier to pay for it. It costs Php 499 and I know I have Php 500 on my bag, but on the cashier I didn’t find the Php 500 on my bag, so I used my emergency money to pay for the clothing I bought. I then went out of the shop and there I saw my daughter buying 2 doughnuts. I asked our helper if it was her money that she used to pay for the doughnut, she told me it wasn’t her money and she showed me the Php 500 that was missing on my bag. I asked her where did she get the money, she told me that she saw my daughter paying for the two doughnut with a Php 700.

So, I asked my daughter, “Hannah, did you take that money on Mommy’s bag?”

She answered, “Yes, I just borrowed it Mommy.”

Up to now, I can’t imagine how my daughter took that money on my wallet that I didn’t notice. Of course I told her not to do it again and if she wants something, she should ask me to buy it for her and not she would buy it for herself.

Scary what my daughter would do, just to have something she wanted.

I know she did it because she keeps on asking me to buy cotton candy and ice cream but I didn’t buy those. So, she had it her way and bought her a doughnut.

Our Pedia used to give her vitamins that would make her fat, but now, she keeps on telling us that my daughter should go on diet. My new years resolution would be going on a diet, so I will be joining my daugter to keeping ourselves healthy.

A Gift For My Son

My son have a Christmas gift from his ninang Donna today and he was happy to receive it. My daughter Hannah felt the opposite because she has no gift. She cried so hard, but I will not give her Hector’s gift. Hector then handed her my mobile phone but she threw it away. I got angry and disciplined her.

Thanks for the gift Don.

I am not feeling well today, I think I am gonna have colds.

Updates on People in My Life

My Mom is shockingly good to me. This morning she told me she bought me 3 shirts, and I am currently wearing one of it. For a week, it is too much goodness from my Mom; First the Tattoo approval and then this? I wonder what has gotten into her.

My daughter was injured yesterday. I fetched her from school after her ballet class and she showed me her middle finger and it was swollen and her nail turned black. I asked my Mom what happened and she told me it happened in the school during her class hours (the morning) and she doesn’t know exactly the details but the teacher told her that Hannah (my daughter) closed the door and her hands was squashed. My poor little girl. The school security told my Mom that the nurses on the clinic had a hard time healing Hannah’s hands because she was crying so hard and they don’t have the strength to make her still. My Mom, would have her hands check by our Pediatrician today, just to be sure everything is okay.

My son had a cough this morning and so my Mom would be bringing him to our Pedia together with his sister. Hopefully when I get home this afternoon, I would receive good news.

My cousins husband won the STL. It was about time since they really need money and he won on the day of his birthday. What are his winning numbers? Simple, his birthdate!

Lastly, I was blog hopping when I saw the blog of a person that I have once argued. (I would name this person “P” and give female sexuality, so that I could explain the situation better.) I was reading the latest post of P when I noticed that she seems to be angry with someone. I read the next post and still, hatred. Read the post after that, and so on. Yes, still filled with hatred. I don’t know what is wrong with her, but she seems to be having problems with people who have higher position than her. May she find peace! I understand her griefs, because she seem to feel that she is better than her manager yet she is not one. Yes, indeed she is intelligent, she could even see grammar errors from her managers note. Maybe she was thinking, how could she be a manager when she cant even write proper english? Well, some just have skills to be one. My thoughts on this? If you think you are better than your manager, then show her what you’ve got. Don’t look at the negative side of things. Always see things possitively. You will always be rewarded for the actions you’ve done. Being bitchy and saying bad things about your manager wont do you any good professionally. Learn to be patient and kind. Say sorry if needed and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Be honest in everything you do, and do the best you can. For doing so, you’ll save yourself and would bring you in the path that you wanted.
