Let the light pierce through the darkness Close all old accounts, turn a new leaf Re-learn that old lesson of friendship Kill nor be killed, settle for lessening Amidst us of this fossilized hatred
Babsy
is my nickname
Perhaps that time has not come yet when our, Gods would listen to the beats in our hearts, peace and happiness spread their glow, perhaps we would have to force Mother Time?.
Happy 2009 Three Kings
It’s the first sunday of the year and we attended a mass. After the mass, we went to a mall and my daughter enjoyed playing in the arcades and getting tickets.
I am currently watching American Idol.
Oh, and my diet plan is not working out … I need to control myself! Anyway, I have a back-up plan, if I can’t control by the end of the month, I would be taking pills.
I have to rest now and prepare to go to work. It is going to be a first day of work for 2009. I hope everything will work out fine.
Good Luck to me!
Another Family Day
Today, we received Victoria’s Secret colognes and lotions from Daddy. He also sent us some money to spent until the allotment arrived.
We then went to Church this afternoon, but we weren’t able to attend the mass. We just prayed and went to a mall to buy a new shoes for my daughter Hannah.
On the mall, I drop by Crocs to see the shoes they have. I know it has a good grip since it is made of rubber and my current shoes mends to be slippery these past few days. I don’t want to go to a point in where I would be put into shame because I lost balance of my cheap slippery shoes. My Mom got me a Php 2,350 worth of Crocs Shoes.
It’s soft and I expect it would last a lifetime.
Sadly, I didn’t have time to read the Blogging from Home book. This was a busy day for me to spend with my family. I also taught my daughter Q, R, S, T and V.
Warning Blinked Again
Well, I think in conclusion the warning means there is something wrong with my car, because this time it blinked non stop until I stop my engine.
I am went to church and prayed as my usual Friday schedule. I also included it to my prayers that the warning light won’t put me in danger or in any awkward situation. Thankfully Our Creator always hears my prayer and gave me a guardian angel to watch over me as I go home.
My mom told me to have it fixed tomorrow, and I hope we could find time for it.
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day because it would be the birthday of my first God daughter and she would be having her debut.
Meeting and Goodbye
Meeting and Goodbye would be two different stories, so here goes the first part; MEETING.
Every Friday, I make it a point to go to Church and attend a Mass after work. Today, I was able to do that, plus I met a family friend. It has been a long time we haven’t seen each other. She is the mother of one of the closest friend I had during my elementary days at Assumption. She is my Tita Tess. Her husband died when we were still young and now that my friend is already working in another island here in the Philippines, she got herself a boyfriend. Indeed it is good to have someone to accompany you, because being alone could drive you insane.
Upon hearing this, my Mom kind of question “Why” Tita Tess would want to have a boyfriend now that she is old. It is expected of my Mom to think that, because she is the “conservative” type. Well, I told her that; “It is hard to live life alone. You should be thankful that you have your husband. Yes, Tita Tess is old and she may have a daughter that is professional now, but a partner is different from having a friend or a child.” I may be speaking in behalf of Tita Tess when I told her that, but I want to let her know, that it is the fact and it is also what I feel. I just hope she gets the message.
She has this mentality that since I have my kids I don’t need someone in my life. Well, I guess at this point of my life, I could say that I know more than my Mom does, in terms of having relationships and love.
Now the second part of this post; GOODBYE.
Today was the last day of someone who had a big impact on me in the company since he was hired. He is older than me, but he seems to act like he is younger. I could say that he is a child at heart in doing those foolish things, because he likes to play. Certainly not stupid kind of child-like attitude. Though his action, sometimes pisses me off. I know he have brains that work. I couldn’t say much about him, because I don’t know him well enough. I just know him as an old guy who acts like a child, that’s just it. Here’s his Goodbye post.
Good luck Big Guy! May you achieve your dreams in life.
Keep in touch! May utang ka pa sa akon.
